任职要求
任职要求： 1. 熟悉 JavaScript/HTML5/CSS3 等相关前端开发技术，有完整系统开发经验优先； 2. 熟练掌握 Vue 及其生态体系; 3. 熟悉Go/Python语言、有开发经验者优先； 4. 有良好的编码习惯，熟悉 Git 工作流程; 5. 了解前端主流打包工具（webpack、vite 等），对项目构建流程有一定的了解； 6. 有组件化开发思维，对写出高质量可复用的代码有一定的追求； 7. 有良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力，能够承受一定的工作压力；
工作职责
工作职责：致力于推荐系统、搜索系统等平台化前端设计 & 研发 1. 推荐系统、搜索系统的研发平台的开发工作，支持算法调研、系统变更的平台化交互，提升变更稳定性与研发效率； 2. 参与运营、算法等业务平台的设计、功能开发，程序化工作流程； 3. 通过组件化设计提升多平台的体验一致性，代码可复用性。
