工作描述
任职要求 1. 计算机、人工智能、数学或统计学等相关专业，本科及以上学历（硕士优先）； 2. 热爱游戏，对游戏行业有浓厚兴趣，了解主流游戏产品特性和玩家心理； 3. 具备扎实的机器学习/深度学习理论基础，熟练使用 Python / C++ / Go / Java 等至少一门语言，精通 PyTorch / TensorFlow 等主流AI框架； 4. 在以下任意一个或多个技术方向有深入研究或实际落地经验即可： 推荐系统/数据挖掘：熟悉搜广推链路或用户增长算法，有用户预测、个性化推荐、因果推断经验； 自然语言处理/LLM：有大语言模型、RAG、Agent、机器翻译、对话系统开发经验； AIGC与多模态：熟悉音视频生成、视频理解，有游戏视频剪辑、语音/音频合成等经验； …
