工作描述
工作职责: 1. 系统研发：参与 AI Agent 系统的设计与研发，接触大模型调用与工程化、Agent / Tool / Workflow 架构、多模态内容生成、自动化视频生产流程等方向，并跟进前沿 AI 模型能力在视频创作场景中的应用。 2. 独立负责：在团队支持下，独立负责一个完整的功能点或子方向——有清晰的边界、可以整体交付。从理解问题、设计方案到实现和验证，由你自己推进；做得好，你负责的范围会持续扩大。 3. 探索式迭代：项目处于快速探索期，技术路线开放，节奏偏快，你会完整经历想法从技术验证走到产品化落地的过程，你的工作会真实地进入产品。 工作要求: …
