1.负责可观测平台的后台服务开发与维护，为富途业务打造高效易用的可观测基础设施 2.参与系统架构设计，优化现有后台服务性能，提升系统稳定性和可扩展性 3.开发和迭代监控、日志、告警等可观测性相关功能模块 4.与前端、产品等团队紧密协作，确保项目按时高质量交付 5.持续跟踪和研究新技术，提升后台服务的技术先进性和开发效率 6.编写高质量的技术文档，参与代码评审，确保代码质量和规范性。
