Proven track record in operationalizing strategies.3.	Active investor of Hong Kong / U.S. stocks and closely follows market development.4.	Demonstrated ability to deconstruct complex business issues, identify leverage points, and deliver actionable insights under ambiguity.5.	Self-directed operator who rapidly masters new domains and delivers CEO-ready strategic recommendations.6.	Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite stakeholders.7.	Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across geographies and organizational layers to drive consensus and execution.8.	Relentless commitment to strategic excellence, with personal pride in delivering boardroom-quality insights that directly impact business outcomes.
