Strategic Leadership: Partner with key executives of subsidiaries/business lines to architect business strategies, design product roadmaps, define brand differentiation, and co-lead high-impact strategic decisions.2. 核心职责 1. 业务数据流程整理&监控:按照业务的发展要求,拓展&规划SEM 业务报表需求监控报表数据异常(e.g. 缺失、错误等问题)2. 业务数据策略分析 &建议: 根据业务组OKR 的业务重点关注指标进行垂直SEM 渠道的机会点分析, 从数据中挖掘出问题+机会点, 供给优化师可执行性策略建议根据业务组ROI 等关键KPI 指标,细节分析SEM 投入细分数据,帮助合理管理广告预算。3. 提炼组内业务需求,推动跨部门协作充分掌握SEM 组工作流程和关键指标,并且可以从数据洞察出发,归类提炼同质问题,从数据&工具产品优化等角度提出建议。与Data、产品、设计、运营团队沟通,深度参与组内数据策略提效,工具优化等关键项目中。 提升整个组数据智能和效率。
1. 公司级成本战略目标制定与推动:制定并推动公司级成本战略目标;2. 成本平台运营:运营公司级成本平台,制定并执行短期和长期的成本控制策略,协助公司实现成本目标;3. 研发产品成本管理:在IPD流程中推动研发产品成本落地;4. 成本系统设计及优化:设计及优化成本系统;5. 成本评估与改善建议:评估量产和研发产品成本,提出成本改善建议,协助量产和研发部门降本提效,提升获利能力。
中文: 协助策略团队完成日常数据收集、整理与清洗工作,确保数据的准确性和完整性; 使用SQL进行数据查询、提取与分析,生成基础数据分析报表,支撑业务决策; 协助完成数据可视化工作,将分析结果以清晰、易懂的形式呈现; 配合团队完成其他与数据分析相关的辅助工作,参与简单的数据分析项目。 English: Assist the Strategy team in daily data collection, collation and cleaning to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data; Use SQL for data query, extraction and analysis, generate basic data analysis reports to support business decisions; Assist in data visualization work and present analysis results in a clear and understandable form; Cooperate with the team to complete other auxiliary work related to data analysis and participate in simple data analysis projects.
