任职要求
1、计算机/人工智能等相关专业，本科及以上 2、算法与数据结构、机器学习/深度学习、大语言模型基础扎实，在Kaggle、天池等机器学习竞赛中获奖者优先 3、至少主导落地过 2 个以上 AIOps 场景（如异常检测、告警治理、RCA、容量预测、自动化处置等） 4、两年以上大模型预训练、后训练或推理实战经验，熟练掌握 PyTorch/TensorFlow等，具备Pretrain、CT、SFT、强化学习等落地经验者优先 5、持续跟踪最新论文与开源动态，善于将 SOTA 方法工程化 若在 NeurIPS、ICLR、ACL、CVPR 等顶会以一作或通讯作者发表论文，将获优先考虑 6、具备良好的跨团队沟通与项目管理能力，能够驱动产品、数据、DevOps 协同交付
工作职责
1、负责AIOps领域算法设计实现,包括时序分析、日志挖掘、故障预测、根因关联推断和智能决策等;2、探索AIOps的落地应用,包括但不限于异常检测、根因定位、咨询服务等场景;3、跟进可观测领域前沿技术、开源方案及其在AIOps领域的应用。
