工作职责 1、全栈开发与方案实现（50%） 独立承接模块内中等至复杂功能的前后端全链路设计、编码与联调，覆盖 API 设计、数据建模、服务逻辑、性能优化及前端交互 参与核心链路的技术方案讨论，能给出有依据的方案对比与取舍建议，并主动推动方案落地 对自己负责的功能模块建立质量意识：编写单元测试、做好边界覆盖，保障上线稳定性 2、质量保障与工程建设（25%） 参与模块的质量体系建设，包括测试策略、监控接入、性能基线梳理等 响应并参与线上故障排查与根因分析，独立完成中级故障的定位与修复 主动发现代码腐化与技术债，提出并推动局部重构 3、跨团队协作与产品理解（15%） 与产品经理、数据架构师、数据开发、数据分析师等对齐需求，能独立拆解任务并给出工期估算 在跨团队依赖中能主动沟通接口与交…
