• Supporting Insight Lead in game health assessment, including but not limited to analyzing engagement,revenue,retention, and monetization metrics. • Support Insight Lead in conducting deep-dive product analysis to guide product strategy and answer key product/design questions. • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through player segmentation and behavioral analysis. • Work with our partner in field studies and player research initiatives, output reports and do follow ups. • Drive competitive & market analysis, understand industry trends and competitor games, evaluate emerging monetization models (e.g., subscriptions, battle passes, ads). • Present results to audiences with a range of technical proficiencies, and communicate effectively with stakeholders about project progress and timelines.
The Coordinator – Incident Safety Operations is responsible for leading the daily execution of safety-related incident response during their assigned shift. This includes managing operational flow, supervising a multidisciplinary team (analysts and specialists), and ensuring real-time decision-making adheres to internal protocols and quality standards. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating shift-level operations across all business lines (Drivers, Clients, Business Units) Supervising case queues, distributing workload, and ensuring efficient response times Acting as the primary point of escalation for complex or sensitive cases Ensuring complete and accurate documentation of incidents and shift handovers Collaborating with fellow coordinators to ensure operational consistency across shifts Supporting management with insights, reports, and performance data Monitoring SOP compliance and promoting continuous process improvement Partnering with Training, Quality, and Workforce teams to optimize team performance The coordinator is expected to maintain high standards of operational rigor and ensure that safety, service quality, and team accountability are upheld during every shift.
Focus: Customer Clinics & Feedback Evaluation Objective: Ensure customer-centric product development through deep understanding of current user preferences, pain points, and expectations via structured feedback loops. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan and run customer clinics, usability studies, and feedback surveys on product features, design, and experience. 2. Collect, analyse, and interpret customer feedback using both qualitative and quantitative methods. 3. Create actionable insights to guide product and UX teams throughout development phases. 4. Maintain user personas and customer journey maps based on validated data. 5. Coordinate with external research agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Commercial to perform logistics forecast planning activities on short-term and long-term forecast to support operational strategy. • Track and provide insights on planning accuracy against forecasted numbers, work for forecast accuracy improvement and feedback to stakeholders. • Responsible for parcel injection and depletion analysis on a daily basis, and Mega Campaigns for Logistics functions. • Perform data analysis and enhance data visibility through dashboard or autobots to improve forecasting model and optimize planning process. • Analyze and model logistics network performance to identify opportunities for cost savings, improved delivery times, and operational efficiency. • Coordinate with stakeholders to conduct Cost Optimization Analysis Model. • Participate and support cross-functional projects where required. • Engage required local stakeholders from Lazada Logistics, Lazada and regional stakeholders.
• Design, evaluate, and optimize sales incentive programs to align with business objectives and market strategy. • Conduct analysis on sales performance and incentive effectiveness to generate business insights and support management decisions. • Prepare and present analytical reports, forecasting and recommendations on incentive effectiveness to various stakeholders, including sales management. • Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, HR, and other relevant teams to communicate and optimize incentive policy implementation and processes. • Track the execution of incentive programs and ensure the accuracy of commission calculations. • Support the sales team by articulating incentive policies, responding to queries, and gathering frontline feedback.
