• Responsible for in-game event experience through close collaboration with VAL regional and global team, and local publishers. • Responsible for in-game asset resource management. Design and run a healthy and sustainable asset distribution program to effectively control the in-game and out-of-game asset usage. • Identify local key publishing moments to deliver various in-game and out-of-game events and rewards contents. Leverage moments and thematic contents to drive gaming activity growth and player sentiments. • Work closely with the monetization, product and insights team in applying quantitative/qualitative research methods, generating local player research reports, and forecasting future business performance. • Provide timely business insights and performance updates to China and global leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Team Building & Leadership • Build and manage a high-performing team to drive player growth by developing core publishing capabilities in performance marketing, channel strategy, lifecycle product features. • Lead, mentor, and support the career growth of your team while ensuring their work meets expected quality bars and discipline standards. • Champion cross-discipline collaboration with Game Dev, Publishing, and Shared Services partners to deliver integrated, high-value outcomes for players. International Publishing PM • Partner with Regional Publishing Product Leads (RPPLs) to shape market strategies, business reviews, and cross-regional initiatives. • Act as the connective tissue between regions and global publishing, ensuring alignment, scaling best practices, and driving operational excellence. • Hold teams accountable to clear win conditions and ensure regional plans complement global campaigns while unlocking authentic local player engagement. IP / Brand Partnerships • Drive the strategy and execution of global brand and IP partnerships that elevate the Wild Rift player experience. • Serve as the primary deal owner for external collaborations, from sourcing through execution. • Work cross-functionally with Partnerships, Development, Brand, Creative, and regional teams (including Tencent) to align opportunities, ensure seamless execution, and maximize impact. Collaborate with Game Teams • Serve as a key publishing voice in game strategy discussions, ensuring that publishing insights are integrated into the broader game roadmap • Be a core contributor to Wild Rift’s key moments strategy, defining and delivering high-impact login moments and engagement beats for players worldwide. • Partner with Insights & Research teams to define publishing insights needs, with a focus on performance marketing and audience understanding to strengthen growth and lifecycle management.
• Partner with TFT dev team and Tencent product team to organize their efforts - accounting for delivery timelines, ensure product quality, revenue impacts, and opportunity costs • Support TFT China operations by helping develop publishing plans, player journey improvements, engagement initiatives, and operational opportunities. • Support TFT franchise esports strategy by identifying opportunities to strengthen player participation, viewership, and publishing integration. • Build, report, and maintain business health metrics across engagement, monetization, player sentiment, and market performance. • Conduct market analysis, business projections, impact assessments, and opportunity evaluations to support decision making. • Present business insights, product outcomes, and recommendations to stakeholders across Riot, Tencent, and partner teams. • Explore new around-game product opportunities, publishing experiences, and monetization strategies that enhance the local player experience.
• Develop and refine WR Publishing Operations frameworks and rituals that drive alignment, accountability, and clear outcomes. • Run Wild Rift Publishing Team’s iterative planning processes that enable ongoing two-way communications and collaboration to maintain close alignment in our operations. • Lead the lifecycle of complex cross-team programs from discovery through delivery, ensuring seamless execution and cohesive player experiences. • Establish and manage program schedules, track progress, and proactively communicate and mitigate risks. • Oversee cross-team dependencies, facilitate scope alignment, and resolve roadblocks across global teams. • Serve as the point of contact for WR Publishing tooling (e.g. Airtable), partnering with teams to gather requirements, pilot solutions, and drive adoption of systems that support cross-team execution. • Standardize and maintain scalable workflows and knowledge management systems for WR Publishing.

1.Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns tailored to the North American and European markets, including online/offline activations, pop-up events, and experiential marketing initiatives. 2.Identify and secure local partnership opportunities, creating collaborative campaigns that align with project goals and foster long-term relationships. 3.Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and successful campaigns, regularly sharing insights with the team to inform strategy. 4.Contribute to daily operations and version-update campaigns, including planning and executing related marketing activities.
