Act as a domain expert in both HR SaaS (Workday) and HR business process. Lead the implementation, Configuration, and on-going management of Workday HCM, Recruiting, Absence Management, Talent, Performance, Prism, and Integrations. Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, OPD, IT and other Key stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions. Provide Technical leadership and expertise in the multiple Workday modules, ensuring the best practices are followed and that the system supports the organization’s needs. Conduct training sessions for HR teams, CoE, and Hiring managers on Workday HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Performance Module. Develop user guides and maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, and processes. Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with global/local HR policies. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Workday modules in a timely and efficient manner. Prepare detailed estimates and test plans based on Functional requirements Analyze, design, document, and test software modifications to existing processes/configurations, reports, forms, extensions, and interfaces in the production environment Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures related to Workday, support integration with other systems and processes as they related to Workday. Stay updated with the latest Workday features and functionalities, particularly those related to Recruiting, Core HCM, Absence, Performance management and implement improvements as necessary. Ensures clarity in assignment of territories / customer account, set goals and quota, pipeline development etc.. • Builds a team culture focused on long-term strategic relationships with key accounts, ensuring AWS’s customer obsession culture remains at the forefront of team’s focus. • Aligns multiple stakeholders and lines of business in and across accounts that required complex decision-making process, including multiple company executives across both the customer and AWS. Role requires influencing and orchestrating BD activities and teams across multiple geographies. • Deeply understands the opportunities within the customers and their business needs and finds new ways to articulate these as commercial constructs. Represents customer needs and helps define product requirements to improve adoption and overall customer satisfaction. • Negotiates critical relationships and agreements with customers, suppliers or other external partners at the higher levels. May acts as the escalation point for non-standard agreement terms, including need to employ higher level management to help close agreement. • Operates with significant discretion, taking actions to resolve problems on behalf of their team and/or issues that are impeding the business. Regularly provides learning and expertise that influences broader industry cloud adoption. • Interacts with senior management or executive levels to gain support for items that require escalation while writing convincing and professional documents that require limited direction on matters of importance to company or customers, reviews and provides feedback and coaching to members of the team for the same. • Builds credibility with, earns the trust of, and influences C-level client contacts and internal stakeholders. • Influential with executive-level leadership. • Lead a high-performing BD team focused exclusively on the Gaming industry, managing complex, high-value accounts with global reach. • Hire and scale a team with deep gaming market expertise, ensuring strong industry know-how in areas such as game development, publishing, live ops, and game tech infrastructure. • Navigate multi-stakeholder, cross-functional decision-making processes across enterprise gaming accounts. Orchestrate internal AWS teams across solution architecture, marketing, partner, and product functions to support global gaming customer needs. • Understand the business models and monetization strategies of gaming customers; craft and negotiate commercial proposals that drive adoption of AWS services. • Act as a senior voice in the negotiation of key commercial relationships, including licensing, co-development, cloud migration, or platform partnerships specific to gaming clients. • Resolve escalations with discretion and autonomy, influencing product or service enhancements that remove friction for gaming customers. • Present compelling business cases to AWS senior leadership and evangelize AWS’s gaming solutions externally. • Build executive relationships with C-level leaders across gaming publishers, studios, and technology providers, representing AWS as a strategic partner in the global games ecosystem.
