工作职责

What You’ll Do:
• Support day-to-day live operations execution for Wild Rift RoW regions, including in-game events, rewards, and mail configuration and delivery.
• Prepare and maintain operation whitepapers, execution documents, and related operational configuration documentation.
• Support patch-related operational work, including event setup, reward distribution, and other live operation tasks.
• Coordinate and track in-game banner/key art (“face image”) related requests and support publishing workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, QA, and operations to ensure operational content is delivered on time and with quality.
• Assist in reviewing operational configurations, tracking issue resolutions, and supporting day-to-day live service stability.
