工作职责


• Overseeing and arranging high-quality, personalized relocation experiences for employees relocating from around the world from the candidate stage to arrival in Finland
• Overseeing immigration processes with our external partners, keeping records and renewals up to date
• Assisting newly arrived employees with settling into life in Finland
• Providing ongoing support to accompanying family members. You’ll for example organize onboarding sessions and workshops based on their evolving needs and feedback
• Working with external community partners to aid and create integration opportunities for accompanying family members
• Keeping up-to-date with issues relating to immigration and working with local government agencies to advocate for improvements where needed
