任职要求
1. 本科以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2.三年以上后端开发经验，Python优先，接受Java、Golang转Python； 3. 具有复杂业务系统设计构建经验，对系统的性能优化有深刻理解，能够独立分析、识别并解决系统中的性能瓶颈。具备一定的抽象思维及复杂问题简化能力； 4. 熟练掌握Django/Flask/FastAPI等主流web框架，了解其原理及实现机制； 5. 熟悉MySQL、MongoDB、Redis等关系型/非关系型数据库的使用，有相关调优经验； 6. 熟悉Linux系统，了解Linux下的常用Shell命令，熟练使用研发流程中常用的Git/Svn/Jenkins等工具，善于用脚本对日常工作进行提效； 7.责任心强，有担当，有良好的编码习惯，遵守团队开发规范和编码规范。
工作职责
1、负责后端开发工作，包括但不限于相关推广网站、工具网站及APP后端接口/系统的开发或重构； 2、雷火事业群内各管理及运营系统的开发或重构； 参与研发团队敏捷开发流程，理解和响应产品的需求； 3、项目后端环节的技术咨询与项目管理，改善系统的稳定性及易用性，提升用户体验。
