任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，至少5年及以上项目开发经验；拥有扎实的技术理论基础，包括软件工程，数据结构以及算法等。 2、熟练掌握 Java 语言，具有良好的并发、性能优化、系统稳定性等意识；熟悉常用的设计模式，了解 DDD 设计思想，能够写出清晰的代码；熟练掌握 Spring 全家桶、MySQL 数据库、MyBatis 框架主流常用工具，了解动态语言优先。 3、熟悉 Redis 、Kafka 、ES、MongoDB 等类似中间件、数据库的原理和使用；熟悉 Spring Cloud 微服务开发，熟悉各组件的使用及原理，有较好的的微服务治理、分布式相关经验。 4、熟悉 Linux 操作系统，熟练掌握常用的开发、部署和维护命令。 5、对新技术保持热情，持续学习并乐于分享，勇于技术创新与技术改进。具有良好的问题发现能力，对业务中的问题有较好的敏感性并能推动解决。 6、具备良好的沟通能力，积极主动、自驱力强，有强烈的团队意识和执行力。
