工作职责
* 主导游戏内置编辑器的全栈开发，包括前端 UI、后端服务和与游戏端的接口对接 * 设计工具链架构，支持地图、数值、脚本、AI 行为等多维度创作 * 编辑器中探索 AI 驱动的功能，如自动补全、脚本生成、创作推荐等，提高创作者效率 * 利用 AI 编程工具（Cursor、Copilot、Codeium 等）加速迭代与代码重构 * 优化多人协作、版本控制、实时反馈的性能与用户体验 * 策划、UGC TD、AI 产品经理协作，持续迭代功能，保证工具链长期可用 * 主动发现产品设计的不足之处，对产品易用性能提出自己的见解
