岗位职责
主导核心模块的设计与开发工作，负责关键系统架构设计、技术选型与系统优化；指导初级软件工程师完成开发任务，参与代码评审，推动团队编码规范和质量提升；负责复杂问题的排查与解决，保障系统的稳定性、性能与安全性；参与系统需求分析，主导技术方案设计与实现，推动技术方案落地。
