工作描述
岗位职责 1、负责跨境电商搜索推荐全链路算法体系规划与架构迭代，覆盖召回、粗排、精排、重排等核心模块，制定中长期技术路线，解决全球化多语种、海量流量、多模态、冷启动等业务技术难点。 2、主导核心算法项目攻坚，主导召回 / 粗 / 精排 / 重排、用户建模、多模态检索、LLM 搜推落地、强化学习等方向创新方案设计、规模化落地与指标优化。 3、带领算法小组开展技术攻关，搭建团队技术规范，赋能中高级算法人才，沉淀方法论，构建技术壁垒。 4、跟踪业界前沿技术，结合 SHEIN 快时尚跨境场景打造差异化搜推技术方案。 职位要求 1、计算机、人工智能、统计学、数学等相关专业本科及以上学历，5 年以上头部互联网公司搜索/推荐算法研发经验，有跨境电商搜推…
