Key Responsibilities:
1、Strategic Planning & Execution – Develop and implement an end-to-end supply chain strategy aligned with brand strategic priorities, encompassing cost control, quality enhancement, and sustainability goals. Translate corporate strategic objectives into actionable team execution plans, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure outstanding achievement of business targets.
2、Full-Lifecycle Supplier Management – Establish and continuously improve the supplier management system (including evaluation mechanisms, reward/penalty structures, and elimination protocols). Lead the maintenance of overseas supplier partnerships, drive supplier performance through data analysis, promote supplier capability development and empowerment, and build a healthy, tiered supplier ecosystem.
