岗位职责：
品类市场分析与销售洞察（40%）开展品类市场分析、销售趋势复盘、时尚店铺运营分析等专题，输出可落地的业务建议。负责商品滞销库存分析（含首单跟踪、库龄监控等），通过数据识别潜在风险并推动优化。
BI报表体系构建与迭代（20%）利用Tableau等工具设计并开发商品分析仪表盘，持续优化报表性能与交互体验。对业务部门进行数据工具使用培训与数据解读支持。
常规数据服务与口径管理（20%）高效响应业务端临时数据提取需求，确保交付质量与时效。负责数据口径的澄清、答疑及标准化文档沉淀。
