工作职责

1. 负责片区内驿站的日常运营，包括驿站劳务管理与安排，站内操作SOP，异常管理，消费者咨询应对与解答，为所负责区域驿站的时效和体验负责，达成业务设定的运营目标；
2. 负责所在区域驿站的经营损益结果，自营和加盟综合管理，优化成本
3. 负责所在区域的驿站拓点，自营模式和加盟模式并行推动，拓展到驿站网络所要求的点位规模
4. 日常负责建立和维持与房东的商业关系，处理日常关于合同和房租支付等工作

1. Responsible for the daily operation of PUDO in the assigned area, including labor management and scheduling, standard operating procedures (SOPs), exception management, and handling and responding to customer inquiries.  Responsible for the timeliness and customer experience of PUDO in the assigned area, and achieving the business's operational targets;
2. Responsible for the profit and loss results of PUDO in the assigned area, comprehensive management of self-own and franchised stations, and cost optimization;
3. Responsible for expanding the service station network in the assigned area, promoting both self-own and franchised models simultaneously to reach the required number of locations;
