工作职责
Job Responsibilities 1. Develop, implement and continuously improve Safety (EHS) and Loss Prevention (LP) policies and procedures for Cainiao’s business operations in France, ensuring compliance with applicable local laws, regulations and corporate requirements. 2. Establish and manage the EHSS and Loss Prevention audit and inspection framework, identify potential risks and compliance gaps, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions to drive continuous improvement. 3. Lead emergency response activities and workplace incident investigations, including root cause analysis, corrective action planning and follow-up until formal closure. 4. Work closely with operations and other relevant teams to ensure that EHSS and Loss Prevention requirements are properly incorporated into new site launches, new projects, operational changes and peak-season activities. 5. Provide professional EHSS and Loss Prevention guidance to operational teams and promote a strong safety and risk prevention culture across the organization.
Responsibilities: ● Technical Project Management -Plan, execute, and oversee technical projects to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery. -Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. -Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring alignment with client requirements and expectations. ● Cross-functional Collaboration -Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless deployment of technical solutions. -Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, translating business goals into executable technical plans. -Facilitate effective and clear communication between internal cross-functional teams and external clients. ● Continuous Improvement and Innovation -Gather insights and feedback from clients and internal teams to refine technical workflows and product offerings. -Keep up with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance technical strategy. -Continuously optimize project workflows, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and quality. ● Customer Relationship and Support -Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining frequent and transparent communication. -Analyze client needs to inform internal product development and improvement efforts. -Build and maintain long-term client relationships by staying alert to market changes, risks, and business challenges. ● Internal Team Collaboration -Partner with business development and executive teams to create strategic technical plans aligned with customer goals. -Coordinate internal resources for successful product delivery and deployment. -Lead project review sessions to resolve issues and drive projects forward. ● Risk and Issue Management -Proactively identify potential project risks and implement mitigation plans. -Address and resolve issues quickly to ensure smooth execution throughout the project lifecycle.

1. 负责海外属地员工及中国外派员工的HR运营工作，涵盖跨境调动、档案管理、非现金福利落地、供应商管理等 ; 2. 解读并设计落地符合当地法规及集团标准的HR运营流程（如入职-在岗-离职全生命周期管理），定期开展流程审计与效率分析，推动流程的合规与高效; 3. 牵头海外属地HR人力运营项目，输出标准化工具包，不断提升人力运营效率与用户体验; 4. 维护HR系统数据，保障数据完整性，支持海外模块需求分析及功能测试，为总部提供本地数据洞察支持。 1. Responsible for HR operations for overseas local employees and China-based expatriates, including cross-border mobility, personnel file management, implementation of non-cash benefits, and vendor management. 2. Interpret, design, and implement HR operational processes in compliance with local labor laws and group standards (e.g. employee lifecycle management from onboarding, employment to offboarding); conduct regular process audits and efficiency analyses to ensure compliance and operational excellence. 3. Lead overseas local HR operations projects, develop standardized toolkits, and continuously enhance HR operational efficiency and employee experience. 4. Maintain HR system data accuracy and integrity; support overseas HR module requirement analysis and system testing, and provide local data insights to headquarters.
