工作职责
1、负责人力资源系统(HCM)各个业务相关产品的系统设计及研发； 2、协助产品梳理业务需求，产出业务系统架构设计方案； 3、独立完成项目的系统分析、设计，并主导完成详细设计和编码的任务，确保项目的进度和质量； 4、主动关注并学习新技术，并能够在实践中应用，帮助建设团队技术氛围；
