任职要求
1.计算机、数学或统计学相关专业硕士及以上学历； 2.熟练掌握Java/C++/Python中至少一门语言，有扎实的数据结构和算法基础； 3.熟悉常用的机器学习/深度学习算法，参加过数据挖掘&机器学习类竞赛(天池大奖赛、Kaggle)并取得好名次者更佳； 4.具备优秀的分析和解决问题的能力，良好的沟通协作能力； 5.有2年及以上实际的广告业务场景或信息流推荐场景算法工作经验（优秀者可放宽至1年以上）； 【加分项】 1、有实际成果并发表在国际会议或期刊者优先，包括但不限于AAAI、SIGIR、SIGKDD、ACL、IJCAI、EMNLP、NIPS、WSDM、WWW等； 2、有将大模型应用于推荐或广告算法场景经验者优先。
工作职责
1. 负责菜鸟商业化算法研发落地工作； 2. 从召回、预估、流量机制、广告出价等角度，探索自建OCPX算法能力； 3. 通过召回算法、预估模型、出价与预算调控算法、营销算法等方向的算法迭代，助力广告营收增长；
