任职要求
1. 硕士研究生及以上学历,计算机、人工智能、自动化、计算数学等相关专业,具备扎实的数理功底; 2. 精通图像点云多模态检测、跟踪、分割、BEV感知、融合算法中的一种或多种,熟练使用TensorFlow、PyTorch等深度学习框架; 3. 具备多年自动驾驶工作经验,及优秀的创新能力、团队协作能力和沟通能力;有过规模化阶段算法研发和持续改进经历者优先; 4. 了解端到端、世界模型、VLM/VLA等一个或多个方向中的技术,对深度学习平台和模型量化有深度经验者优先; 5. 具备良好的技术视野和“技术争先”要性,在CVPR/ICCV/ECCV/ICLR/SIGGRAPH/AAAI/ICRA等计算机视觉与机器学习领域顶会期刊论文发表者优先。
工作职责
1. 面向L4无人物流车所面临的公开道路 + 站内配送场景,持续优化动态目标检测、跟踪、速度估计、occupancy方案,具备重视觉/纯视觉感知算法的量产经验; 2. 深入理解自动驾驶场景,能有效应对实际中挑战场景和长尾问题(如异形车、超慢速动静态估计、异常恶劣天气等),持续提升L4规模化阶段的感知安全与智能水平; 3. 跟进国内外先进成果,结合业务场景,探索车端算法和云端大语言模型、数据解算一体化的解决方案。
