任职要求

1、3-5年以上的科技产品/软硬件的售前/方案规划设计经验，物流科技相关产品（分拨自动化、仓储自动化）经验优先;
2、洞察客户需求，快速响应，积极跟进，为结果买单，有提供专业解决方案的能力，有物流行业经验优先;
3、出色的沟通能力，掌握英文和日语；
4、有优秀的团队协作能力，有owner精神，积极主动，有优秀的沟通能力。

1.3-5 years of pre-sales/solution experience in technology products/software and hardware, with preference given to experience in logistics technology-related products (sorting automation, warehouse automation).
2.Ability to understand customer needs, respond quickly, proactively follow up, take ownership of results, and provide professional solutions, with preference given to candidates with experience in the logistics industry.
3.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English & Japanese.
4.Excellent team collaboration skills, proactive and self-motivated with an ownership mindset, and outstanding communication skills.

工作职责

1、负责菜鸟物流科技产品海外的自动化解决方案设计，包括分拨自动化、仓储自动化等；
2、配合区域销售，负责区域重点客户的解决方案跟进，提供专业的售前和解决方案；
3、深入行业，洞察客户需求，以高品质的服务与产品打动客户；
4、根据客户需求，协同国内产技团队，完善产品定义，项目全流程管理；
5、可接受经常性境外出差。
1.Responsible for providing solutions for Alibaba's Cainiao Logistics technology products to overseas customers, including automation euqipment in sorting center or autowarehouse.
2.Coordinate with regional sales teams to follow up on solution requirements for key clients in the region, and provide professional pre-sales and solution support.
3.Deeply understand the industry and gain insights into customer needs, impressing clients with high-quality services and products.
4.Collaborate with domestic production and technology teams to refine product definitions and manage projects throughout the entire process based on customer requirements.
5.The base location is Hangzhou, and can accept frequent business travel overseas.
