任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，精通至少一门编程语言，如Java、Python；具有很强的开发与动手能力 2、熟悉常用的设计模式，对平台化建设有一定的理解，在日常中有快速解决问题的能力 3、二年以上工作经验，熟悉Hive、Hadoop、spark、Flink、es、ck、Druid等大数据技术； 4、对mysql，nosql数据库有一定的了解和使用经验； 5、踏实，好学，较强的沟通能力，良好的团队协作精神，对海量数据处理与业务分析赋能有热情。
工作职责
1、负责字节商业化核心业务的离线与在线数据服务平台建设与维护； 2、负责字节商业化核心业务BI工具，取数工具，核心数据看板的建设与维护工作； 3、负责字节商业化核心业务业绩，提成等模块的建设与维护工作；
