工作职责
1、在这里，能接触字节跳动最新、业界前沿的推荐技术，能经历超大规模机器学习系统与推荐系统的全栈开发； 2、能够通过利用前沿技术优化抖音推荐Feed的核心模块，包括排序模型，多目标，召回，冷启动，探索等； 3、目前主要的研究方向包括：深度图神经网络，序列化学习，智能深度索引，深度强化学习，learning to rank，多任务学习，模型压缩与加速，automl，多模态推荐等。
