任职要求
1、熟练掌握至少一种服务端的主流编程语言(如：C/C++/PHP/Java/Golang等)，优秀的工程能力和算法能力； 2、熟悉MySQL、Redis、MQ、Task等常用中间件，并理解中间件的基本原理，有大规模系统设计和开发经验者优先； 3、理解常规的架构设计思想，包括但不限于服务化、异步、高可用、可扩展等，有系统性解决问题的思维，有良好的抽象化思维能力和领域建模能力； 4、对先进技术具有敏锐的洞察力，面对复杂的问题，有很好的定义、分析、解决问题的能力，具有良好的主观能动性； 5、主导过复杂业务系统的搭建和架构设计，具备高并发、高可用的设计经验者优先；
工作职责
1、承担国际电商商家领域的核心系统研发工作，深度参与多个核心系统的建设，承担系统的设计开发维护工作，并持续优化改进； 2、承担稳定性建设工作，包括全球多机房调度、稳定性治理、资损防控、容灾降级等等； 3、深入理解业务，具备良好的业务建模能力，能够结合业务场景抽象，合理完成技术选型，并且推动落地； 4、参与新人指导、培训及CodeReview，发现和解决系统存在的性能瓶颈等技术难题，推动系统架构优化。
