任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、通信等相关专业，熟悉常见的数据结构、算法，扎实的编程能力； 2、熟练掌握Linux环境下的C/C++/Go/Python/Shell/PHP/Java等1至2种以上语言； 3、熟悉常见开源分布式中间件，MySQL、Redis、MQ、ES等常用组件，有ES优化经验更佳； 4、理解分布式系统架构设计思想，包括不限于服务化、异步、高可用、可扩展等； 5、较好的团队沟通协作能力，乐观阳光，有较强的责任心。
工作职责
1、负责国际电商店铺B/C端店铺装修产品的迭代开发和业务架构研发工作，满足国际电商各公共场域电商流量的承接和转化需求； 2、负责店铺商品库的维护和架构演进，应对大规模商品数据的数据一致性挑战，支撑国际电商C端店铺导购流量； 3、建设一站式的商家私域经营工作台，通过用户数据洞察、人群定向运营、装修工具提效、以及智能投放策略优化等手段，形成商家私域流量运营闭环。
