任职要求
1、3年及以上工作经验，本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2、熟悉Go/python/C++/shell中至少一种，有良好的工程基础和工程质量认知； 3、熟悉一种或多种数据库或数据库生态中间件，如MySQL、PostgreSQL、MongoDB、Redis、Hbase、TiDB、PolarDB、GraphDB、DTS、DMS&DAS等； 4、有数据库内核、数据库中间件、数据库管控平台或数据库生态工具开发经验，深刻理解对应领域解决方案者优先； 5、有混合云数据库开发交付经验和DBaaS开发经验者优先。
工作职责
1、负责火山引擎混合云数据库产品开发，为字节内外部客户提供数据库和中间产品服务； 2、深刻理解数据库产品能力矩阵和竞品对比状态，结合客户/行业混合云场景特定需求，在数据库性能、兼容性、安全、服务管理等多领域突破，高质量完成工程落地； 3、持续关注行业数据库发展动态，理解不同领域客户对数据库的需求，参与火山数据库品牌建设。
