任职要求
1、本科及以上学历,2年以上工作经验,熟悉Java/PHP/C++/Go/Python中的至少一种技术语言; 2、深刻理解计算机原理,有良好的数据结构和算法基础; 3、有优秀的系统设计能力,熟练掌握数据库、缓存、消息队列的原理及应用; 4、学习能力强,对产品有强烈的责任心,具备良好的沟通能力和优秀的团队协作能力; 5、有服务治理,稳定性提升,容量规划等高可用、高并发、分布式系统的实际经验为加分项; 6、有中间件、分布式事务框架等相关经验为加分项; 7、有电商、金融业、银行业、第三方支付等系统研发经验为加分项。
工作职责
1、参与并负责抖音支付通用服务的开发及维护,如服务网关、中间件、分布式事务框架等; 2、参与并负责公司级别的双十一等重要活动,解决高并发场景高可用问题; 3、参与并负责大型支付系统异地多活架构建设和演进; 4、参与设计并实现具备可扩展性和可维护性的系统方案; 5、充分理解支付业务,抽象领域模型,推进平台型系统建设; 6、沉淀技术能力和行业经验,与平台一起成长和发展。
