任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，2年以上工作经验，熟悉Java/PHP/C++/Go/Python中的至少一种技术语言； 2、深刻理解计算机原理，有良好的数据结构和算法基础； 3、有优秀的系统设计能力，熟练掌握数据库、缓存、消息队列的原理及应用； 4、学习能力强，对产品有强烈的责任心，具备良好的沟通能力和优秀的团队协作能力； 5、有服务治理，稳定性提升，容量规划等高可用、高并发、分布式系统的实际经验为加分项； 6、有中间件、分布式事务框架等相关经验为加分项； 7、有电商、金融业、银行业、第三方支付等系统研发经验为加分项。
工作职责
1、参与并负责抖音支付通用服务的开发及维护，如服务网关、中间件、分布式事务框架等； 2、参与并负责公司级别的双十一等重要活动，解决高并发场景高可用问题； 3、参与并负责大型支付系统异地多活架构建设和演进； 4、参与设计并实现具备可扩展性和可维护性的系统方案； 5、充分理解支付业务，抽象领域模型，推进平台型系统建设； 6、沉淀技术能力和行业经验，与平台一起成长和发展。
