任职要求
1、硕士研究生及以上学历,微电子、电气工程、计算机科学相关专业; 2、具有SOC架构设计经验,了解SOC设计过程中性能、功耗和面积的权衡; 3、熟悉芯片接口以及相关协议、存储系统、核间通讯、硬件/软件划分的经验知识; 4、熟悉先进工艺制成、低功耗数字电路的设计以及验证的流程方法; 5、熟悉SOC系统状态、内存带宽和功耗分析; 6、思想开放,对新技术充满热情,具有出色的沟通和书面能力。 加分项: 1、有图像、显示或AI加速子系统(包括ISP、DPU、NPU及其微架构)经验; 2、有FPGA编程和IP原型设计经验; 3、有较强的编程能力,熟悉C/C++; 4、有消费电子低功耗设计的项目经历。
工作职责
1、与跨职能团队合作,分析MR产品SOC架构需求,定义芯片外部接口、定制IP、内存带宽、互连协议以及功率等相关要求; 2、根据MR产品系统功能以及使用场景,定义SOC内部数据通路控制流程以及相关模式; 3、定义芯片内部软硬件划分,驱动高效的系统软硬件架构,协同优化以满足产品需求; 4、负责功耗和性能分析,权衡SOC设计过程中的取舍,为实现产品要求探索创新且高效的架构方案; 5、推动芯片设计团队或者芯片设计供应商满足SOC要求。
