任职要求
1、熟练掌握至少 2 门开发语言（Go/C/C++），有较强的架构能力和良好代码规范； 2、算法、数据结构、操作系统、网络等基础知识扎实； 3、熟悉微服务开发技术栈，熟悉常见的微服务框架，如Thrift，GRPC，了解常见中间件，如MySQL、Redis、MQ等； 4、熟悉常见的音视频传输技术，RTC、RTMP、HTTP、QUIC和TCP/UDP等； 5、积极乐观，责任心强，工作认真细致，良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，优秀的组织协调能力。 加分项： 1、了解云渲染场景，有业务意识； 2、具备音视频行业经验。
工作职责
1、负责视频架构云渲染中台的架构设计和产品需求交付； 2、负责云渲染业务协同工作，及时提供技术解决方案，对云渲染行业有一定的理解； 3、优化云渲染系统的整体稳定性和性能，不限于后端高并发高可用，还有低延迟传输效率和高吞吐技术挑战； 4、参与团队流程建设，包括但不限于业务指标观测系统、日常CodeReview，CICD持续交付等。
