任职要求
1、2年以上工作经验，扎实的计算机基础知识，熟悉常用的数据结构、算法和设计模式，并能在日常研发中灵活使用； 2、深入理解Web前端开发技术，包括HTML/CSS/JavaScript等； 3、掌握至少一种主流前端框架，包括React/vue/Angular等，有实际项目研发经验； 4、有Android、iOS开发经验优先，有ReactNative、Weex等跨平台技术开发经验优先； 5、具备较强的责任感、团队合作精神、逻辑思维能力和表达能力。

团队介绍：电商业务是以抖音、抖音火山版、西瓜视频、今日头条等产品作为载体的兴趣电商平台。抖音电商通过短视频和直播的方式，致力于成为用户发现获得优价好物的首选平台，让美好生活触手可得。 1、负责抖音电商App业务相关产品的前端架构设计、开发与优化； 2、参与团队前端工程化体系建设，参与跨平台技术栈建设，逐步提升研发效率、研发质量，通过前端技术的不断产出驱动业务的发展； 3、关注前端、跨平台前沿技术发展，能够将新知识传递给团队，并且转化到潜在项目中。
