任职要求
1、掌握扎实的计算机基础知识，具备优秀的编码能力（至少掌握C++/Java/Go/Python等1种以上主流开发语言）； 2、掌握机器学习/深度学习的理论基础，熟悉经典的算法模型（GBDT/LR/FM/DNN等）和相关工具框架（Tensorflow/PyTorch等）； 3、具备敏锐的数据分析和洞察能力，熟悉常见的大数据开发工具（Spark/Hive/Hadoop/Flink等）； 4、具备出色的解决问题能力、良好的沟通理解能力和优秀的团队合作意识，有激情、不畏难、乐于挑战； 5、具备推荐、广告、搜索、增长、营销等至少1个业务算法领域的实践经验。
工作职责
1、针对TOB场景的相关产品，负责个性化推荐/触达/权益/广告等算法模型的研发迭代； 2、参与算法引擎架构、离线模型训练和在线服务优化工作，支撑产品功能迭代和客户高质量交付； 3、探索因果推断、深度学习、大模型等技术在营销增长领域的落地应用。
