任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；思维敏捷，沟通能力强，具有自我驱动能力； 2、扎实的编程功底，良好的抽象能力，熟悉常用设计模式；精通Golang、Java、Python等至少一种； 3、熟悉大模型，有Prompt Engineering、Agent、Multi-Agent、RAG应用开发经验者优先； 4、有AI或搜索推荐系统或有商业智能分析平台开发经验者优先； 5、有ToB经验者优先，有创业经历或创业思维的优先。
工作职责
1、支持新一代数据智能产品的开发，参与产品的需求分析、技术架构设计、编码实现等工作； 2、支持智能数据分析产品的后端服务搭建，包含但不限于Prompt Engineering、RAG架构设计、自动化评测等； 3、支持内部以及ToB商业化客户； 4、新技术新方向的探索和选型。
