任职要求
1、具备扎实的Java或Kotlin语言基础，熟悉Android框架及各种特性，熟悉常用的数据结构和算法； 2、有较丰富的疑难稳定性问题解决经验，熟悉常用的稳定性问题定位工具，熟悉底层系统原理，对逆向有一定的经验； 3、有比较丰富的Android端性能体验优化经验，熟悉常用的性能问题定位工具； 4、优秀的编码习惯，对于设计模式等常见的编码技巧有很好的认知； 5、有较强的技术好奇心、自驱力，具备优秀的解决问题和逻辑思维能力； 6、有多媒体相关开发经验者优先，不要求有视频编辑开发经验。
工作职责
1、负责剪映CapCut Android端质量、性能体验优化、质量容灾以及相关的防劣化建设； 2、负责剪映CapCut Android端工程架构、业务架构优化以及架构防劣化建设； 3、负责剪映移动端研发效能优化，从构建工具、CI/CD、研发流程以及效能工具建设整体提升剪映研发效能； 4、参与移动端新技术调研，并在业务上落地，提高客户端技术能力，与业界保持紧密交流，提升剪映在业界技术影响力，在行业之间建立技术壁垒。
