1、根据市场动态和业务需求,规划季度/年度活动日历,制定明确的定量/定性目标,同时持续监测市场行情和生态变化,灵活制定/调整风险防范和应对方案; 2、结合平台特性与商家洞察,完成站内外资源整合,创新大牌营销玩法; 3、对具体模块进行阶段性复盘,迭代规则与工作流,推动超级品牌IP升级; 4、通过社交媒体、PR、媒介投放等营销手段,提升抖音电商及品牌的全网影响力。

The Mission We are looking for a Market Strategy Consultants to serve as the local architects of our global expansion. You will help to deconstruct complex regional markets and build the strategic foundation for our product’s entry and growth. You will be the "boots on the ground" and the strategic mind that ensures our global vision translates into local success. What You’ll Do Strategic Intelligence: Deliver deep-dive market insights, competitor benchmarking, and product-gap analyses for your target region. Local Lens: Provide a native "on-the-ground" perspective to navigate cultural nuances, regulatory landscapes, and local consumer psyche. User & Expert Discovery: Lead high-level expert interviews and qualitative user research to validate product-market fit (PMF). Expansion Frameworks: Synthesize research into actionable go-to-market (GTM) strategies, influencing everything from feature prioritization to pricing and positioning. Who we're looking for- Academic Background: Alumni of a top-tier global university or premier business school. Strategic Rigor: Experience at a top-tier consulting firm (MBB, Big 4) or within a Corporate Strategy team at a leading global tech company. Master of Inquiry: Highly skilled in structured interviewing and qualitative research—you know how to ask the right questions to uncover the "real" data.
