任职要求
1、本科及以上学历在读，统计/数学/计算机相关专业优先； 2、有过电商领域数据分析实习经验，熟悉大模型训练、调优与部署流程，至少主导过1个以上AI项目落地（如预测模型、NLP应用等）； 3、熟练使用SQL、Excel，并掌握Python/R中的一种及相关库的应用；有数据分析与AI结合的复合实习经验优先； 4、具备较强的数据处理、分析能力与模型搭建能力，逻辑思维强，能够独立完成数据分析报告，同时熟悉机器学习流程，有大模型应用经验（如Prompt工程、微调）者加分。
工作职责
日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：抖音集团商业化是抖音集团旗下的综合数字化营销服务平台，致力于让不分行业、地域的企业及个体都能通过数字化技术激发创造、驱动生意，实现商业的可持续增长。 1、协助数据分析工具智能化升级，运用大模型技术实现：自然语言查询、自动化报告生成等提效功能； 2、负责业务指标体系搭建与多维分析，结合机器学习/大模型技术提升分析深度，输出可落地的业务策略建议； 3、建立智能监控体系，通过算法自动识别数据异常与趋势变化，完成问题诊断与归因分析； 4、完善数据分析工具，对接数据产品，协助常规报表的自动化处理，提升团队的工作效率。
