任职要求
1、熟悉Golang或C++，有扎实的算法与数据结构基础、良好的编码能力和代码习惯； 2、熟悉服务端研发常用的开源组件，如MySQL，Redis，Kafka等，熟悉服务端基础技术，包括但不限于Ray、消息队列、ES等，能够高效地进行后端服务的开发与维护； 3、具备独立解决问题的能力，对挑战性问题充满热情； 4、了解主流AIGC算法模型、AI Agent工程框架，有AIGC平台架构经验、Agent应用落地经验者优先； 5、有责任心，能积极主动推进项目进展，具备团队协作意识和良好的沟通能力。
工作职责
1、负责国际电商AIGC能力（如文本、图像、视频生成）的后台系统架构设计与开发，支撑多场景AI应用服务； 2、负责提升视频素材生产能力，分析并复刻流行创意，进行创意洞察，建设优质素材库，结合Gen AI多模态数据生成，数据驱动优化视频投放的各个环节； 3、深度参与到AI Agent框架和应用研究、工程研发和产品设计等重要环节，与产品、设计等团队合作推动AI Agent产品落地； 4、通过调研和应用前沿的技术架构和先进实践，结合场景建设的研发基础设施，推动国际电商的AI产品快速发展。
