任职要求 1、扎实的编程基础：精通算法与数据结构，并熟练掌握至少一门编程语言，如Go、Rust、C/C++、Python或Node.js； 2、操作系统与容器基础：熟悉Linux操作系统、进程模型、文件系统、网络、Namespace、cgroup、seccomp、权限模型或容器运行时原理； 3、虚拟化与安全隔离经验：熟悉安全容器、轻量虚拟化、微虚拟机或相关隔离技术，有生产实践经验优先； 4、分布式系统经验：具备分布式系统设计和线上问题解决能力，理解可用性、扩展性、性能、成本之间的工程取舍； 5、性能优化能力：具备端到端性能分析能力，能围绕启动链路、资源调度、网络IO、存储IO和运行时开销定位瓶颈并推动优化； 6、安全意识：理解多租户隔离、代码执…
