工作描述
任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、人工智能等相关专业毕业； 2、具备扎实的机器学习、深度学习和算法基础，在NLP、CV、多模态学习、大模型、内容理解或安全风控方向，至少有一个领域的完整项目经验； 3、熟悉文本分类、序列标注、实体识别、图像分类、目标检测、视频理解、跨模态检索或隐私信息识别等相关技术中的一项或多项； 4、熟练掌握Python、C++、Go中至少一种编程语言，熟悉PyTorch或TensorFlow等深度学习框架，具备良好的工程实现和问题定位能力； 5、具备数据驱动的问题分析能力，能够基于样本分布、模型误差、业务指标和线上反馈定位问题，并形成可执行的优化方案； 6、对隐私合规、Agent安全、版权治理有兴趣，能够理解算法效果与业务风险、合规要求、用户…
