工作描述
任职要求 1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、软件工程、数学、自动化等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的机器学习和深度学习基础，理解Transformer、预训练、持续预训练、SFT、RL等基本原理，对数据质量、数据配比与模型能力之间的关系有较深入的认识； 3、在LLM、VLM、代码生成、Agent、多模态学习、强化学习或Data-Centric AI等至少一个方向有研究或项目经验；具备大模型预训练或后训练数据实践经验者优先； 4、能够基于模型评测和训练实验分析能力问题，提出数据假设、设计验证实验，并根据实验结果持续迭代数据策略； 5、具备良好的编程和工程能力，熟练使用Python，掌握Go、Java/Kotlin、TypeScript、C++等一种或多种语言；有PyTorch、Transformers、大规模数据处理或分布式任务系统经验者优先； 6、在大模型、多模态、机器学习、自然语言处理或计算机视觉相关方向有高质量研究成果，或在Neur…
