工作描述
任职要求 1、获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的编程基础，深入理解数据结构、基础算法和常用计算机系统知识；熟练掌握TypeScript/JavaScript、Python、Java/Kotlin、Swift、C++、Golang等至少一门语言，能够独立完成工程项目； 3、在前端、客户端或服务端至少一个方向具备较好的工程基础，能够完成模块设计、编码、测试和问题排查，并愿意跨技术边界解决问题；具备基本的服务端与API开发能力，熟悉Node.js、Golang生态下至少一套开发框架，理解异步任务、状态持久化、超时重试、服务部署及故障排查； 4、理解大语言模型及Agent的基本机制，包括上下文构建、任务规划、工具调用、状态与记忆管理、执行控制、RAG和结果验证；有可实际运行的Agent、AI编程工具或自动化项目经验； 5、具备良好的质量意识，能够针对模型输出的不确定性设计测试与评估方法，并通过日志、Tr…
