工作职责
1. 通过专题分析,针对业务问题进行深入洞察,为业务决策提供分析支持; 2. 构建全面的,准确的,能够反映业务特性的指标体系,及时定位和发现业务问题; 3. 沉淀分析思路和框架,提炼数据产品需求,推动数据产品落地。
1. 业务监控与分析:设计并维护国际化出行业务指标体系,建立自动化监控看板;定期输出经营分析报告,识别区域市场差异化表现及核心驱动因素;构建业务预警机制,及时发现异常波动并推动问题解决 2. 战略决策支持:为管理层提供全球业务全景视角,支持市场增长、资源分配等关键决策;开展竞对对标分析及行业趋势分析,输出战略建议;主导关键会议数据准备,确保信息准确性和决策效率 3. 专项课题研究:利用有效的数据分析方法和指标管理机制,主动发现业务经营过程中的问题,针对业务痛点开展深度诊断;根据业务需求建立预测模型(如市场需求、用户LTV等),支持业务长期规划和目标设定 4. 数据体系建设:整合业务数据,构建统一分析框架;优化数据采集和处理流程,提升分析效率和准确性;开发自动化分析工具,赋能业务团队自助分析 5. 跨部门协作:协调运营、产品、战略和财务等部门,推动分析建议落地;建立业务语言与数据语言的转换桥梁,提升决策质量
北京昌平区/上海普陀区都可以 Location: Beijing, Shanghai 【Responsibilities】 As a Business Analyst focused on Marketplace High-Priority Projects, you will play a pivotal role in driving the end-to-end delivery of high-impact strategic initiatives. Your scope will span three core areas: • Driving end-to-end execution of cross-functional, high-priority marketplace projects • Identification of critical path risks and development of contingency plans • Post-implementation evaluation and knowledge consolidation Your mission is to ensure that marketplace projects—from agile pilots to large-scale rollouts—are thoughtfully scoped, executed with operational excellence, and continuously optimized through data-driven insights. You will act as a central orchestrator, aligning objectives, timelines, and resource plans across Product, Algorithm, Strategy Operations, and Regional Operations teams. In this role, you will serve as a key bridge between strategy and execution—translating complex business goals into actionable implementation plans, tracking progress against milestones, mitigating risks, and distilling insights to inform future direction. 1.负责内容审核业务目标与成本管理体系的搭建,设计目标框架、成本追踪体系,持续监测与优化关键指标; 2.负责经营分析体系的搭建,开发相关看板和指标口径,进行经营诊断分析,提出有效的经营策略; 3.负责大模型落地应用过程中的效率与效果监控分析,包括机审有效性、大模型准确率/误伤率、人机协同效率等分析,提出有效的分析策略,反哺相关模块优化,提升业务ROI和运转效率; 4.负责用户体验的全链路分析、问题场景分析,深挖痛点并推动产品部门与业务部门改进; 5.联动各业务团队开展其他重点专项分析,包括但不限于人员效能/质量/资源利用/体验/行业对标分析,并推进专项分析在业务中落地。
