工作职责
1、为自己责任属地内的物流履约交付结果负责，服务好商户和客户。 2、制定和校准属地内的订单目标和运力计划，和生态商一起，完成属地内的运力准备和运力管理； 3、监控和跟进各项指标的达成，对异常情况快速响应和处理；针对属地的业务特点，合理地使用运营策略，提升运营效率； 4、完成主管安排的项目类或其他运营相关工作。
1、团队管理：负责园区运输团队人才梯队建设、绩效考核、培养、能力提升及稳定性管理； 2、管理核心指标，承接总部运输战略，结合实际情况带领团队制定落地方案及计划并推动达成； 3、标准流程及区域管理机制建立：基于公司标准流程及SOP要求下，制定区域管理机制，确保流程及作业指导贯彻执行； 4、负责成本管理，不断探索区域业务优化方案，降低成本，提高服务体验； 5、日常运营：包括仓到店的正向和逆向运输，仓之间的调拨业务，临时运输等日常运营安排；对接上下游部门做好车辆靠台、装车、发车、在途、到达等过程管理，交付运营质量；做好线路规划，平衡效率成本；上下游协调沟通； 6、运力管理：日常盘点承运商运力，确保业务所需的运力充足；制定高峰期运力策略，保障业务需求； 7、对所负责的承运商管理，通过日常管理、承运商考核，促进承运商服务质量提升，维持良好的合作关系;
1.对负责区域制定配送体验优化方案并有效地执行方案，同时对执行结果进行有效复盘； 2.重点围绕骑手的招聘，培训，提效，留存，淘汰等环节开展工作，保证负责区域的运力活力以及提升履约服务质量，提升用户体验； 3.处理由履约原因产生的相关商户问题，以及能够良好地协同其他部门进行问题解决； 4.对负责的骑手运营项目，能够做出短、中、长期的规划，制定高效的运营方案并达成业务结果。

Participate technical communication with Siemens central function, promote excellent logistics cases of the factory, communicate with business department to evaluate the excellent cases of other factories and then introduce them to the factory . 与西门子总部技术团队一起参与工厂技术交流，推广工厂优秀物流案例并针对其它工厂的优秀案例与业务部门沟通评估后引入工厂.
1、搭建区域公司运力外包供应商引入渠道，并对供应商进行管理， 2、制定运力外包供应商考核机制，并对供应商进行管理； 3、负责外包运力成本控管，并对外包运力费用进行结算跟进； 4、完成上级领导交办的其他工作；
