· Thorough understanding of equity (derivatives) business, profound knowledge of the domestic and international capital markets and the firm’s products and services.
· Understanding the client’s investment behavior and orientation, customer-oriented and passionate for the sales job
· Good communication and interpersonal skills, self-driven and always strives for excellence.
