Qualification /资格
• 海内外院校学士或硕士以上学历， 金融工程， 统计， 数学， 计算机等相关专业优先； 
Bachelor or Master degree holder, preferably in quantitative discipline 
• 2-5年股票衍生品或相关领域的经验 
2-5 years of related experience in Equity derivative products 
Knowledge /知识
• 扎实的金融衍生品和市场知识， 有效的客户销售技能 
Robust technical knowledge of derivative products, combining with strong client facing, sales & marketing skills 
• 深度理解交易订单委托、撮合、成交/撤单等完整生命周期。熟悉A股市场者优先
Deeply understand the complete lifecycle logistics of trading orders from placement to matching and execution/cancellation. China A trading experience is a plus
• 深厚的统计建模和优化知识。 熟连掌握Python 和SQL等编程语言
