Qualifications
Candidate Profile:

Must-Have:
•	Master’s degree expected in 2027 STEM backgrounds strongly preferred (Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science).
•	Demonstrated passion for Investment Banking and capital markets;
•	Exceptional analytical ability, numerical accuracy and attention to detail;
•	Full professional proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Nice-to-Have:
•	Previous finance/consulting or technical related internship.
•	Familiarity with VBA/Python/SQL for data analysis / automation.
•	Leadership achievements demonstrating initiative and teamwork.
