• Must-Have:
o Master's or Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
o STEM backgrounds strongly preferred (Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science).
o Full professional proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Nice-to-Have:
o Previous finance/consulting internship.
